Who we are
This website is operated by DevYard, a design and development studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company, project budget and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use the information from the contact form only to reply to your inquiry, discuss a possible project with you and keep a record of our conversation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). The website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any legal or accounting period that applies afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
